Our 7-Step process

As your property advocate, we work solely for you from the beginning.

We share the work with your agent, and our fee is included in the appointed real estate agent’s fee – so it costs you absolutely nothing extra. In essence, you have one fee and two agents. Your advocate works closely with you at every stage of the sale.

We often see this isn’t given sufficient consideration by property owners, and it can be difficult to make a decision when all agents sound the same. Simply seeing much activity by a particular agency OR having previously used a specific agent doesn’t mean they’re the best option right now.
