The Big Double
What is the “Big Double”? This is where we assist clients in achieving their goals of selling and buying in a specified timeframe as their circumstances dictate.
Occasionally the two transactions happen on the same day, as recently occurred when Thrive acted as vendor advocate for our clients who sold their Mont Albert North property at auction and 90 minutes later, as their buyer's advocate, we secured their new Elsternwick home, also at auction.
We continue to assist clients both locally and interstate and look forward to assisting you as you may require, wherever it may be. We understand the market’s ebbs and flows and work thoroughly with our clients to implement achievable and wise plans.
Avoid the stress in the buying and selling of real estate by engaging Thrive and maximising our balanced and proactive approach.
We navigate you through all areas of the real estate scene. From Vendor Advocacy, Auction Bidding, Buyers Advocacy, Consultancy Services, Research & Opinion on Property Purchasing or Negotiation on your Behalf, Thrive offers many approaches.
When planning to relocate, many questions will arise, including in which order to transact – sell first or buy first? It’s best to proceed well-informed as there are many implications involved, which Thrive can assist you in working through to avoid costly mistakes.
So, to buy first and sell second? Thrive will weigh this up based on the market at the time, your financial position and the general feasibility of making it a success. Our aim is always for you to conclude in the best net position with a win-win on both transactions.
It was pleasing to see clients who have engaged our services four times over 20 years having referred us to many of their friends. Should you have friends needing assistance, we would be pleased to help them as well. We truly appreciate and acknowledge how many of you recommend us.
As always, Thrive has your back. Back-to-back. The Big Double!
